I set out to do this almost a year ago, so better late than never I guess...?

Straight to the point.

Passive.

★ Death Manipulation, Probability Manipulation, Curse Manipulation and Existence Erasure: He cursed a mirror into the "Mirror of Mayhem" by inducing a bit of its essence and magic into a mirror, which is capable of altering probabilities, bringing bad luck and disaster wherever it goes, causing severe damage and passively inducing death to several of its owners. The Mirror of Mayhem ultimately destroyed a town as if it had never existed.
★ Instinctive Action: Chaosville has a security system to attack, counteract and neutralize entities or beings that do not belong to the dimension or are not Discord himself.
★ Attack Reflection (Chaos): As Accord tanked a blast from the Elements of Harmony, he empowered himself with the magic and reflected its effects throughout Equestria.
★ Large Size (Type 0): Doubles the size of Princess Celestia.
★ Superhuman Precision and Weapon Mastery: Captain Wuzz have an incredible archery accuracy. Seen here.

Mobility.

★ Underground Mobility: Seen here.
★ Free Movement: He can lie on clouds.

Activated.

★ Size Manipulation: He can shrink or grow. His magic can make others grow to colossal magnitudes. Discord could grow to the same size as Cosmos, which can be larger than buildings. He can be as small like this. Comparable to Ceridwen, who used her magic to make Huginn grow to gigantic size until to bring down a whole kingdom

• Small Size (Type 2): He could shrink to a similar size to beings like the Parasprites.
• Large Size (at least Type 2): He could grow to a larger size than beings like the Dragons.

★ Power Mimicry: He copied and used Emperor Grogar's abilities, magic and powers.
★ Age Manipulation: Reduced the age of some cats. Ability only known by the high level sorcerers.
★ Alternate Future Display: He showed Applejack an unfortunate future. He also did the same with Rainbow Dash.
★ Omnilinguism: Via Common Ground, that allows one creature and another understand each other, regardless of language and way of thinking.
★ Cyborgization (Full): He can turn himself and others into Autobots. Turned Sweetie Belle into Sweetie Bot.
★ Acid Manipulation: In one of her attempts to get the CMCs to get their cutie marks, he creates a vat of acid.
★ Thread Manipulation: Can move his creations through threads.
