Poor Vis he kinda got shafted in the Sacred Timeline before WandaVision.

The only stat advantage Vision has is stamina meanwhile Nolan is stronger, tougher and more experienced to boot. Unless Vis uses his phasing (defensively) he kinda gets outmatched here.

Vision does in fact use his phasing defensively on a consistent basis. That plus his forehead beam should even out the playing field skill wise. Vision's not exactly a bad fighter.

True but Vision can't really do anything to Nolan (Whose dealt with energy projection multiple times before). I'll wait until what others might say tho and may change my vote.

Nolan massively upscales from an enraged Mark (Who he stomped casually) meanwhile Vision roughly scales to The Hulk. Nolan actually has a noticeable AP advantage here.

Not really. He prefers not to kill, but he's completely content with killing if he needs to. Reference Ultron. Vision would absolutely go for a kill once he realizes he can't do much with his regular means of attacking and/or realizes that Nolan is a major threat to human life, which Vision cares a lot about.

This doesn't include Vision's ability to change his density to increase his power and toughness. Vision is also much smarter. Phasing keeps him from taking hits and can serves as an additional win con if he phased his hand into Nolan's head for example. Most of the advantage seems to be to Vision, imo. Even if it is close, and becomes a fight of attrition, Visions stamina gives him the advantage there too. Vision takes it down here.

How is Nolan stronger? He's At least 7-A and Vision is baseline 7-A+, which would be 550 Megatons. Vision is stronger.

Anyway, I think Vision should take this.

He is the stronger of the two as I've stated earlier, and considering Vision constantly uses his intangibility for defense in battle, Omni Man will have an extremely hard time dealing actual damage of him, and in the scenario Omni Man does somehow get a hold off him, Vision can simply phase his way out of it like he's done before. Vision also has much better range with the mind stone, and can easily spam attacks onto Omni Man from a distance, and Vision's superior AP means that Omni Man can't just tank his way through the beams.

Yeah voting vision here, even if they had completely equal stats, visions intelligence, phasing and energy blasts from the mindstone are major advantages that cannot be ignored, he's basically omniman with extra powers
