I want to say Flowey, mostly because of his Requiem: Deific Chakra Blade. It's a little vague, but it looks like it's some kind of combination of existence erasure and sealing, and I don't think I see anything on Unis's profile that counters that (unless I missed something).

He's much more likely to Drop Heaven then Estro Estral him to Oblivion.

Basically drops a gigantic 1-C AoE for the heaven drop and tosses 10 Durability negating mini Galaxies.

Though then again Flowey was upgraded to at least 7-B+ likely 7-A so
