I know it's long-dated, but there's no response so here's my opinion: Izumi got this, Olivier couldn't do anything to Sloth unlike Izumi, Izumi has martial arts and Alchemy at her hand

Since they are both 9-A, I assume alchemy for Izumi is restricted.

Armstrong has easily beat her younger brother who's arguably stronger than Izumi (He managed to knock Sloth to the ground, that's a better physicall feat than any Izumi has shown) so she probably has the edge on AP, she also has a much higher durability, aswell as fighting with a sword which gives her an advantage.

That being said, I think Olivier wins mid-high diff, though Izumi would most likely win if alchemy was allowed

Not commenting on the match here but Izumi literally judo flipped Sloth, like extremely casually.
