I vote for Hades via void manipulation, those cut by the Sword of Hades are annihilated completely in body and soul, being removed from the Wheel of Samsara and sent to the World of Emptiness where time does not exist, being unable to ever revive or reincarnate and conceptual manipulaiton.

As a fan of both verses, Galactus would absolutely crush Hades in the hax departament. Although his AP is somewhat lower, not that it tends to matter in these battles much. Galactus would edge out with the sheer versatility of broken and esoteric powers that he has.
But I'm not sure he can permanently kill Hades by himself. Unless Ultimate Nullifier can be wielded, in that case it's a stomp.
