So Monarch of Pointland is like...
one of the most powerful characters in fiction.
but I’m confused, the profile makes it seem incredibly weak. He has “Zero-Dimensionality, minor Light Manipulation (Glows just by speaking)” and he “Cannot do anything”. What am I missing.

Also Monarch may gain some upgrades.
