Octopus vs Arlong

First of all, Arlong's speed is 2x bigger while swimming. That's not blitz worthy.
Second, if the battle starts in the Ocean (which is the case here) then Arlong won't increase his speed.
Third, Arlong is superior to Buggy who can tank 6.3 Tons which is 3x Octopus's AP.
Adding versatility, higher Lifting Strength, more experience, skill and intelligence I sadly have to say that this is a stomp in Arlong's favour.
