Oc Versus

Hello! I'm making this thread to see people (including me) put our OC's against one another. I also want some help figuring out what tier my OC is. Feel free to join in.
 
I have tons, but one of the less busted ones is a darkness manipulator. The way I envision him, he should be planet level (at the end, he would destroy the world in a fight with someone).

He can do a lot of things with darkness manip, like teleport virtually anywhere as long as there is darkness/shadow, create darkness constructs, create tentacles/wings for flight, can even do some mind manipulation and matter manipulation with it too.

Speed wise, he is probably hypersonic tier.

O-oh... Wow... Mine is around the same speed, he has an ability where any damage he takes can be dealt back double, he can use a super form (think Super Sonic or super saiyan), and he can use his a little probe he built to use weapons from anything you can think of from RWBY to Mega Man's Mega Buster. I'd say he's around large city level in terms of power in base form, but in super, he is just about planet level.

First of all, his name is Rock McGuffin.

Rock has super speed, he's super durable and strong, he's got his super form and his attack reflection (called burn) and his main weapon he uses, called Ember Celica (a pair of dual ranged shotgun gauntlets).

His backstory is that his parents were hunters to protect their world, they went on a mission and never came back, so he became a hero in their shadows. He is out to protect everyone, but he's cocky and wants a challenge.

My OC is almost a complete opposite of him, haha. He is a villain who wants to destroy it all because of his own selfish reasons (he also hates everyone). While he takes pride in his power, he almost never underestimates his enemy.
 
I have one concept idea for my OC's powers, it took me years
But I never draw it because I don't have a clear idea of how he should look like.

Rock likes everyone, even the villains. Also, Rock never underestimates anyone.

And that's fine. If you don't have a pic, so what? We're focused on their abilities, not looks

So, wanna do this now?
 
We gonna start it with your oc trying to take out my world, and my dude shows up and challenges him?
 
He probably starts with playing around with him, using basic attacks (mostly throwing buildings and stuff at him and using his teleportation), then starts to restrain him. And if that doesn't work, then starts to use some of his more extreme powers like matter manip/mind manip
 
Rock would continue to dodge, firing Ember Celica every so often at him while making jokes and being cocky, then allow himself to get hit and activate Burn then send a punch right at his face

Rock would go super and fire a big lazer at him
