Red Scabbards
Observation: Kinemon's seperated torso could get the better of Brook in combat. Denjiro & likely the others can see Kaifus which are invisible slashes. This also counts for the Supernovas. 5 of them sensed GB coming from Udon while they were partying on the Flower Capital.
Trafalgar D. Law
Observation: Felt nasty energy coming from the jitte without making contact with it unlike Luffy deducing it was seastone. Alongside Zoro dedected Carrot's presence before she came out of hidding. He, Kid, Marco & Hygoro sensed Luffy's conquerours haki from the rooftop. Most impressively Sanji did this too while he was sleeping.
Strawhat Pirates
Observation: Luffy showed the initial stage of this during MF. This is backed up by Mihawk commenting on Luffy being unusually and Obervation Haki is best used with a cool head as explained by Katakuri. Zoro could sense danger even while sleepy. Jimbei could sense Haki from enormous distances.
Hearing: Franky always had good hearing which has allowed him to evade sneak attacks from behind & above.
Guardian Deities
Observation: Kaido sensed Oden's presence within Enma. Unlike Luffy, he felt BM's loss. Kaido could see into the future thus evade Snakeman's attacks. Yamato can sense intentions, strength, danger and presences. Momo could keep up with Luffy's status during the rooftop fight & sense G5th draining him.
The Voice Of All Things: Instead of just randomly linking his VC, we could link that part that is needed with a translation instead.
Whitebeard Pirates
Observation: Newgate felt Oden's presence from far away and could tell how strong he was even before their blades made contact. He can also detect attacks coming from behind and sideways. Izou's VC confirms he has this type of Haki too. BB could measure people's strength by sensing their presence. Jozu not only was confirmed to have it but we might have seen it in action. He could tell the emperors split the clouds even before looking up in the sky. Marco didn't seem to notice this before Jozu informed him.
The Admirals
Observation: Fujitora can sense the intentions too. The profile claims he can forsees incoming events so here's potential evidence that. He knew the battlefield was about to shift. He was the only warrior in Dressrosa who noticed the Birdcage was disappearing & stopped pushing while the rest tripped. Kuzan & maybe Kizaru might've advanced observation as they morph around haki coated attacks like Katakuri. If not then we could use this as good reaction feat for these 2.
Hearing: Issho heard Nami's thunder despite her conjuring it in the Sunny put in the sea while he was on Greenbit. The admiral trio already has this for hearing the Moby Dick before emerging onto the sea surface. Akainu might've shown this again for possibly hearing WB accross the battlefield?
Charlotte Linlin (These last 2 have all of their Haki sections severly outdated so I'll make an exepction for them)
Observation: Could sense Enma was out of the ordinary.
Armament: Capable of using emission hitting targets without even touching them.
Conquerours: Can infuse attacks haoshoku to drastically increase her power.
Portgas D. Ace
Observation: Was complimented by Thatch & WB for his use of Observation as he casually counterattacked a New World pirate that was previously giving him trouble and red the old emporor's movements during their last fights.
Armament: Was shown able to use hardening to better protect himself.
Conquerours: Learned how to used it at will during his pirate career.
