Obito Uchiha vs Lucy (Elfen Lied).

I don't think she would let herself get hit with his Genjutsu since he needs to look her in the eye to use his Sharingan Genjutsu and he needs to get up close to her to use Kamui. Also, I think her Vectors can act independently of her if the situation calls for it.

Well, not exactly act independent. That implies the Vectors have a mind of their own when that's not the case. This happening is just another personality using them back in Lucy's subconscious. That's really it.

Also, she doesn't need to see the target to tag them, hit them, etc. as seen when she destroys ships that are way beyond her vision.
 
Would Obito be able to use the Preta Path to absorb her Vectors? I really doubt it, but that would be funny.
 
Does Lucy have resistance to Mind Manipulation? Obito's genjutsu had an effect even on Yagura who was a Perfect Jinchūriki.

If she hasn't, Genjutsu GG.
 
My only question is can he Mindhax someone with three different Split Personalities because I know Sakura was able to overcome Ino's Mindhax with her Split Personality.

Unless I'm just misremembering things.

I understand your point.

Mind Body Switch Technique is not a genjutsu, so Ino just "invaded" Sakura's body and her inner personality "kicked" Ino.
Genjutsu, on the other hand, is an illusion and can be effective depending on the user.

Example: Sasuke put Killer B into a genjutsu and he woke up because of Gyūki. Both have distinct personalities.

Obito put Yagura in a genjutsu and he was unable to awaken, even though his Bijū has a distinct personality.

Exactly this.

Obito can affect people with multiple personalities such as Yagura, and even Sasuke was capable of doing it when he used genjutsu against Naruto and Kurama during early Shippuden.
 
True, but there's three of them in this case, so I wasn't sure. That being said, she knows exactly how the Sharingan and Rinnegan work so she can just fight with her eyes closed or something. It's not like she hasn't aimed her Vectors at things she can't see before.

Fighting with her eyes closed would greatly increase her chances of succumbing to BFR.

Even so, a genjutsu can be launched through the five senses, not just through the eyes.

What are the limits to Obito’s Kamui? I read in his profile that there’s some sort of cooldown, but it’s not quite clear for me.
 
Can’t he one shot with the sword of nunoboko?Or by summoning the ten tails?can’t tell which obito is being used.As I’m not sure if it’s 10 tails or masked man 9 tails.

It literally says Rinnegan Obito with the Bijuu in the OP AKA White Mask Obito with his Paths of Pain/Bijuu that fought KCM2 Naruto, Kakashi, Killer B and Guy.
