Kabuto attempts to bribe Obito via showing him Madara Uchiha's body but instead of Obito simply taking the bribe he instead chooses to fight Kabuto.

As he is quite superior when it comes to Strenght/speed

he can absorb most of his jutsu including those dragons that blind the target something sage kabuto relies on

He can bypass his regen with kamui or preta path

he can easily restrain him with chakra chains or pierce him with black rods which would incapacitate him

Kamui would render all of his physical attacks pointless

there are more reasons but i feel like this is enough

Obito is a sensor type, so blinding him probably wouldn't work. If Kabuto expects it to work...well, he could be in for some surprise kunai to the face or whatever.
