I think that focusing on the Nunoboko Sword to claim that Obito is Planet Level is not very sensible because even if it is a truly formidable sword with the ability to nullify all Ninjutsu, to cancel a Regenerationn like the Edo Tensei and destroy at atomic level anything , It is impossible for that sword to comply with the Planet Level, so we should forget that.
For what Obito should be Planet Level is for being Jinchuriki of the Jubi and for the exploits shown, the Country Level that they give to him at the moment is without a doubt a ridiculously low tier. Even Kurama is categorized as Multi Continent Level, how can Kurama be stronger than Jubi who is weaker than Obito Jinchuriki? There is certainly a huge hole of logic in that part.
