Well, Krabs is smarter, but Ditto can potentially become faster via Quick Powder, since I see that speed is unequal, and more durable via Metal Powder. So, I guess Ditto takes this. After all, it literally takes all of Eugenes abilities when transformed.

Not really possible with the regen levels here. In fact, can Ditto even copy Regenerationn on this level. Assuming his can, inconclusive. Neither can beat the other.

They can KO each other if they cant kill each other.

But remember, Ditto is faster and more durable with the Quick and Metal Powders, so he would most likely knock out Krabs faster than Krabs knocking out Ditto.

You can't KO someone with this level of Regenerationn.

Im pretty sure KOs ignore Regenerationn. The wounded unconscious body might regenerate its wounds, but the body is still technically KOd. Its like getting knocked out, having your wounds regenerated, but youre in a coma for 3 days.

You can't stay unconscious if the brain heals from the damage that knocks it out in the first place. The coma is a bad example, as you can't regenerate from brain damage IRL.

Yeah. Regenerationn will make incapacitation an impossibility. Greater speed and durability won't mean anything if you can't incapacitate your opponent, let alone kill them.
Ditto can copy all abilities of someone. Therefore, he gets Regenerationn, too.
