Can view an ability and/or concept and "understand it" while also being able to use it at mastery levels of skill if not greater than the source of said concept
this sounds like high level information analysis to me, which actually would explain how this ability works since he just experiences it and understands it.

Information Analysis, or Scanning, is the ability to gain information on a character or object by analyzing them
This ability often overlaps with Power Mimicry, allowing a character to copy another after analyzing them
1. I know he has it on das bott but this is for himself.
2. I think having exposure to something and quickly understanding it via an ability counts as analyzing, just extremely fast and easy to use
also let's fix two things:
Killer queen range is 2 meters, not 1
He should have 2-A range with D4C's dimension travel
