I’ll say Timmy’s Dad with mid-high difficulty. He’s got the AP advantage, regen, and other abilities that will definitely take Norm off guard or counter his abilities. And even tho Norm’s technically more skilled and experienced, I’d argue Timmy’s Dad has just enough experience with the Crimson Chin’s bad guys as well as Galactumus to hold his own.

Norm likes to spam his disintegration weapon in his weaponry key, and Low-High doesn't heal from disintegration. Considering the skill gap as well, I think Norm would actually take this more times than not.
