Feels like she got the advantage in terms of hax. Especially with stuff like physics shenanigans and her EE. While Hal does have EE resistance on his file, it's quite dubious imo
 
Cause he tanked anti matter which "erases" people because of positive and negative reaction. But they are standard GL abilities which protects them from anti matter

Is there a specific rule about resistances on the VSB? I remember other matchups talking about it.

Let's say character "X" resists Magic, and then character "Y" uses Magic-based Transmutation. Under those rules, if the HAX is based on an ability the character resists, you gain a resistance; in this case, resistance to Transmutation, because you resisted HAX anyway.
 
Not sure, but I don't think it should be like that. There should be different levels of EE and resistances to it
