Disagree, Him stating that he will erase all the sparks doesn’t really equate to Existence Erasure at all since it could just be him destroying them physically
 
Unicron does have EE in most of his incarnations but this seems like it could simply be a hyperbole. But also doesn't seem far fetched for him to have EE, y'know, cos his whole schtick is Absorption, void manip, and EE in general

Because this is a common case of hyperbole in fiction which they say they will “erase” something from existence but the method used doesn’t come close to EE. And it’s also because of the scan the OP provided which seems rather vague.

The character is important to judge wether it's hyperbole or not. And it seems Unicron's whole character is erasing stuff from existence and all.
