Counted, although for clarification, his Telepathic LS scales to his AP.

I believe that force users should be fine tagging logias given the nature of the force being a thing that binds all of reality, so unless logia intang is turning them into a state that wouldn't be covered under the force, I don't see why they'd have issues locating them/interacting with them. I am not 100% caught up on DF revelations and the like though. I am quite interested to see how Haki/DF's interact with the force here.

Speed isn't equalized meaning Akainu is 30x faster than Darth Malgus normally, and 4-5x faster than his reactions and combat speed. Darth Malgus dies after getting a magma fist punched through his torso.

This applies to the Canon Force. The Legends Force is Tier 0, which basically encompasses the site's entire P&A or something similar.

Besides, that profile is terribly outdated.

The only Legends profiles acceptable enough for even minimal use are Grievous, Starkiller, and Darth Marr.
