Non dual Arceus?

Contains lots of Super Mystery Dungeon dialogue. Since Arceus is The God Who transcends everything shouldn't its base form transcdnd duality due to this.

He is the god who transcends everything meaning he transcends the duality. Also hes an all encompassing god so he includes everything as himself.

if it is referring to his base form then I think it should be NEP 3 along with TD2
since the original spirit transcends the base form , it should have higher degree of TD2(if it exists)

This should only apply to true form (since obviously his base form isn't the omnipresent form where existence and nothingness are one) which kinda makes this CRT moot but could be a good supporting justification if this is from a trusted archival. Would be preferrable to see it in the game.
