Okay, so let's see...
While the fact that hunters resorted to military weaponry to try and hunt down Nokotan is a skill feat in on itself, they are still hunters. Noticeably combative hunters, granted, but still hunters.
The skill chain goes further up than the joe-shmo hunters. Nokotan evaded a legendary hunter for an entire day, to a point where she even his in a mounted deer head of all places. The furthest up the skill chain is Anko, who managed to successfully nail Nokotan with some of her traps and was explicitly stated by Nokotan to have outskilled every other hunter she faced.
Also, Nokotan dodged danmaku, so...
As much of a glass cannon as Nokotan is, the tank is well under what Nokotan is capable of handling. I'd argue you could take Nokotan's Type 2 immortality and Regen away (which is illegal for obvious reasons) and she'll still survive the tank with little or no issue. Meanwhile, while I find it hard to find tactics from Nokotan and practically impossible to figure out how or at times if she decides how her antlers work, a single high-end antler grenade is all she needs to blow up the tank.
Of course the deer crackers will get blown up in the process, and uhh... Well, I'm sure a nose that can smell out someone's past can detect the deer crackers being in a hunk of metal. Verse equalization doesn't exactly cover IRL stuff, so it's finicky here. On one hand, half a ton of dynamite blew up half a whale in the real world:

But on the other hand, being sent flying while being winded and slightly bloodied qualifies as being uninjured in the Nokotan universe, and the one attack that would've actually killed Nokotan only left a small dent in a stack of deer crackers Nokotan had in her blouse.
Will she be distracted? Yes, but at the same time, everything inside a tank isn't exactly in a position where a tank would bean Nokotan:

She's gonna go right for where the deer crackers are, and that's most likely going to be smack dab in the middle of the tank. She has the foresight to bomb her way out of a cage trap, plus she used a makeshift hatch before in the form of floor tiles. She would have the know-how on opening a tank hatch. Once she's in, what the hell are the soldiers manning the tank gonna do about it?
So yeah, even with the caveats in the OP, Nokotan is easily stomping.
