Yuno because he doesn't appear to have a time limit but Noelle seems to be stronger considering she was beating 100% Vanica while we have only seen Yuno beating 80% Zenon.

We don't know if yuno can beat 100% zenon like noelle can beat 100% vanica, so for now noelle seems stronger and faster, but in the case that they're equals, I think yuno should win.
