Even though both are using their Dissidia Keys (I assume) Sephiroth stomps here due to an overwhelming hax and skill advantage. While Noctis needs an update and will get new stuff in the future. He has...literally nothing that allows him to win as of now.

I recommend changing from Sephiroth to someone else like Luneth or Firion.

Just recently played ff15 and wanted to see who wins

In FF forums most of votes were in noctis' favor (w/o safer seph). Is Zack a good match for noctis?

Well most of those forums don't really go into depth for what the characters can do like we do on this site. Also Zack wouldn't be a good match for Noctis either. Everyone in FF7 is getting this which makes them hax stomp Noctis. Also Sephiroth is currently the only FFVII character that's useable right now since the other profiles have yet to be updated with the Spiritual Energy stuff. Cloud, Tifa, and Vincent's profiles are being worked on though.

Noctis needs a revision though so we'll see what his profile looks like in the future. Currently the best option for an in-verse match against Noctis would probably be Terra. Firion and Luneth are also options like I mentioned. Sephiroth is just too much for Noct to handle.

Currently Kefka vs Sephiroth is a stomp, but not in Kefka's favor. Spiritual Energy makes Sephiroth hax stomp Kefka. Though when Dissidia gets revised, there's gonna be alot of cross scaling going on.

Currently only Jack Garland and the Top Tiers of FF13 match Sephiroth in terms of hax.

I think he's already requested for it to be moved. Though the match itself needs to be outright changed or closed since it's a stomp.
