Okay, so Magician... He killed Dr. Curien, and then Dr. Curien somehow came back as the Wheel of Fate (or Wheel of Fortune if you're into that tarot shit). I wanna see how Magician does against Dr. Curien in his resurrected form. I did have an upgrade for the entire verse waiting to happen (https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/U...Dead_Calc:_Hierophant_Destroys_Bridge_Section ), but for now, let's keep things fair.
For this one, both Magician and Wheel of Fate are Tier 9-B here. Also, Pandora's Box is restricted. Beyond that, it's basically anything goes.
