how it can it assumed to be anything, its a manga..it still pics. In the manga for all we know it could half a minute somehow.

Both mid end and low end are Continent level, so the rating I would recommend is "At least Continent level, possibly at least Planet level" (Saitama). Boros = "At least Continent level, possibly Planet level"

@Theblue And? The video that @Rep show came from the anime series which in turn seems to imply we are using cinematic timing amd the fact the video could have been altered just for not to get taken down for copyright and etc,.
