So to start this off, I think Rock Lee should overpower Maki with his 5th gate but I think he would use it as a last straw or in a combo like he did with Gaara. I think that Split Soul Katana might be a little big too OP in this scenario, but I will wait until the discussion starts before I restrict it to make it balanced, or maybe im wrong and Maki needs it to win.
