Akainu is intangible. His body shifts into magma when it's touched, and does not receive any damage that the magma endures. An ice logia, for example, can have their body shattered completely and take zero actual damage because his real body wasn't actually impacted in any way.

Plus sakasuki still can’t fly, that would give Goku enough time to find a way to cool him down.

With what? The 10 year long screaming match Goku does before firing a single ki attack which is just going to have Akainu shoot shit at him? Or the melee that toasts him so he can heal with a senzu bean after the battle is lost?

His only option would be shooting slow magma rocks at him if he starts off as magma Goku is not gonna try cqc or grappling.
Pseudo flight not real flight Goku can just go a couple meters in the air and all Akainu can do is look at him very hard.

Goku can fly hundreds of kilometers in the air which right now Sakasuki cannot. And even then he has no answer if Goku decides to move slightly to the left or right lol.

Same thing goes the other way, and Akainu is actually just straight up more skilled. And by your arguments, he could probably walk and be out of Goku's effective range-- except oh wait Goku is bloodlusted and he likes his melee, so he loses as he gets within a few meters of Akainu to the heat. As in just pass out.
Akainu has mid-air control, he can't get too much higher, but from side to side? 100%.
Goku only has a few days of Stamina, Akainu has 10 of pure hard combat against an equal, so yeah. And Ki spam is going to drain Goku dry, especially cause he ain't holding back.
