Petrifying Gaze: This evility lets the user Petrify enemies hit by their attacks. and this being real Petrifaction as the class that this evility comes from can used an enhanced version of this to petrify enemies.

Teleportation
Teleport: this evility lets it’s user teleport.

Stat amping
Buxom Bulwark: with this evility busty characters get a 30% boost to durability
Dragon's Hoard: this evility boosts all stats by 10% when an emblem is equipped.
Dragonscales: this durability is boosted by 100% when over 90% hp
Eagle eye: This evility boosts attack accuracy by 10%
Quickfooted: this boosts speed by 30%.
Reflexes: this evility boosts speed by 10%
Revitalizing Power: This evility boosts healing by 25%
Improved Recovery: This evility boosts healing by 50%
Medical Expertise: This evility boosts healing by 100%
Treatment Testing: This evility boosts healing by 200%
Turbo boost: disgaea 6 adds another effect to this evility it now also gives you a +10 to movement (+200% speed boost) if you stand still for a brief time.

Fire Blessing: this evility boosts fire damage by 10%
Flame Blessing:this evility boosts fire damage by 20%
Lava Blessing:this evility boosts fire damage by 30%
Scorching Blessing:this evility boosts fire damage by 40%
Cold Blessing:this evility boosts ice/water damage by 10%
Snow Blessing:this evility boosts ice/water damage by 20%
Blizzard Blessing:this evility boosts ice/water damage by 30%
Icic-Hell Blessing:this evility boosts ice/water damage by 40%
Wind Blessing:this evility boosts wind/lightning damage by 10%
Gale Blessing:this evility boosts wind/lightning damage by 20%
Storm Blessing:this evility boosts wind/lightning damage by 30%
Hurricane Blessing: this evility boosts wind/lightning damage damage by 40%
Start Blessing:this evility boosts star damage by 10%
Meteor Blessing: this evility boosts star damage by 20%
Comet Blessing:this evility boosts star damage by 30%
Stellar Blessing:this evility boosts star damage by 40%

This would be a +100% to all elemental damage and with the already accepted damage boost this would make it a 230%


Stamina recovery
Mana charge: This evility recovers 3% of stamina for each target of a skill.

Reactive power level
Rising dragon: With this evility with every attack the user take boosted attack power by 10% (max 100%)

Resistance to statistic reduction
Herculean Pincers: This evility makes it so the user’s stats can not be lowered below 95%.

Resistance to Petrifaction
Petrifaction as of disgaea 6 is represented by the Paralysis status effect. Meaning the the medicine man innocence would also cover Petrifaction

Layered resistances
In disgaea 6 there is an evility for bosses that is called boss level 1-4 each level gives a greater protection to the following effects related to poison, Paralysis\Petrifaction, and weaken or curse

Boss lvl1<boss lvl2<boss lvl3<boss level4<status effects<Resistance innocents


Regeneration low godly
Regeneration: now this evility is currently granted mid level regen. But with disgaea 6 the god of destruction which has shown regenerating a new body after it’s old one was destroyed. Now the only form of regeneration it has shown is from this evility. So this makes me believe the evility would grant the low godly regen shown here. But skill like this, and this would make the regeneration from this evility low-high to Mid-high if the low-godly is deemed too high.

Others
Lights of Life:with this evelity when you do not have enough stamina they can used life force to use skills, and spells.

Regeneration, I think I will take some time for analysis.
The other things seem fine.

For a reminder of what the regeneration evility does. in game play the character regenerates 30% HP when attacked. with the current rating being based on this skill.

okay looking through the story for disgaea 6. low-godly is off the table for the evility. as it appears it is something from the god of destruction's core bringing it back complete body destruction. so it is likely GoD gets low-godly, but this still leaves the Low-High, and Mid-High open.

Mid-High could be fine from coming back from dust.

seeing as Nis Certification looks to vaporize what it hits. it should work for the Mid-High justification.
