A feat that puts Ninjago at Small City level. Seems legit in any case and should at least be somewhat consistent.

Ok, but are you sure that it doesn't just count as "enviremental destruction"? Otherwise, it should be fine.

Environmental destruction would be like freezing a landmass or rearranging a city etc. I don't think this counts.

It has been evaluated by Spino and Perp and has been accepted. Any said it could be used.

For now no: despite always being described as "much more powerful than the Ninja" he has few feats to back that up, and the ones he has are him just standing there trowing punches (without actually showing to be stronger than them), or using the Golden Weapons. He also supposedly has the elemebt of destruction, but he has never used it in battle.

As for SoG Lord Garmadon, he has pretty basic stuff, and his true potential hasn't been showed yet. We'll just have to wait for Season 9 for more things.

Yes. Also, Garmadon does have destruction, but he rarely uses it's EE effects.
