I'do go with Gaim because of sheer power.Nightmare has the advantage agaisnt normal,Jinba and Suika arms of Gaim but Kachidoki,despite being considered as a Tier 8A char,is much more powerful than that as noted when he defeated Kamen Rider Fifteen Gaim Arms (he claimed this is his ultimate form) who uses an Au Lait attack while Gaim just use an empowered slash (actually it's a tie but nevertheless he still got him as he can can be heard screaming and was nowhere to be seen after the clash,if Gaim had used Kachidoki Au Lait he would have prevailed).Said Fifteen blocked a rider kick from Ichigo in his base form and just got pushed backward.The latter was strong enough to resist nuclear explosion.And Kiwami arms incredibly dwarf Kachidoki Lockseed as shown when he overpowered Redue who was beating Kachidoki.
