Hmm, surprisingly, I think Giygas is the one who stomps.

Flowey SAVE files would get Passively deleted by Giygas via his dimension of darkness, so LOADING up is useless. Also worth noting that Giygas Time Manipulaton is really good for this fight for whenever Flowey would be LOADING back (though, like I said, it's useless since it get deleted in the process, but this is just another option of Giygas to legit harm and kill Flowey). There's also Giygas killer mindhax, where in this scenario, Flowey is vulnerable due to guilt, loss, and just overall evil is present within him of which Giygas can take control of.

Oh yeah, Flowey gets deleted/ or mind haxed in the beginning of the fight.

My apologize, I'll try to clear things up next time. But can Flowey harm Giygas? If there is no way, then this is technically considered a stomp.

He can possibly absorb Giygas's soul and he does have a huge AP advantage.

AP I get, but I don't think he leads with Soul absorption. I also don't think Flowey will be bypassing Giygas Passive hax, that being Void and Mind manipulation.
