There is mind hax that effects the "brain" which is what Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy characters use.

Then there is mind hax that effects the "consciousness" which is what Danny Phantom ghosts have.

The first is biological, the other isn't.

Spongebob laughed off Plankton's jerktonium while eating dozens and dozens of it, which instantly made all of Bikini Bottom subject to him, so basically city level-ish mindhax

Prettysure this isn't how that works.

Planktoon's jerktonium basically poisoned the Bikini Bottom as everyone ate it one by one. Mind hax potency is gauged by how many people you affect at once.

Hm, it so then I can see Spongebob overwhelming Danny with a sand army or his clones. His teleportation could hypothetically work wonders due to how huge Central Park is. Despite the huge AP difference I still think Spongebob outlands and wins the fight.
