Nick Faces a Different Assassin (Cabinbatake vs Phoenix Wright) [GRACE]

Holy crap forgot to reply.

That is a good option and he does do it in character. Cabinbatake could hypothetically just pull a Phantom Forces and blow his head off with the shotgun before he can talk, but Nick has some decent skill feats fighting the rest of the MvC cast with everyday items, so he could probably convince him while fighting. I'm leaning towards Nick.
