Nick Cage (Dead By Daylight) profile eligibility?

Nick Cage will be appearing as a Survivor in Dead By Daylight sometime in July. As the rules regarding stage personas were recently updated, I wanted to ask if Nick would still be allowed under the new rules.

This version of Nick Cage is apart of a fictional story, has plot relevance and supernatural powers, and Nick himself has stated that this version of him is highly exaggerated. However, he still shares a name and face with the actual Nick Cage.

Usually we don't do profiles of real life people because it'd be disrespectful and tasteless to discuss them being killed but like, he's in this game, where the entire point is for him to be eternally tortured and killed. Not to mention that we already have profiles of fictional, exaggerated versions of real people. We should still ask a mod though
