Newbie in need of help

Hello! I've been wanting to get into powerscaling. Haven't done this before, but I've decided to take on the challenge, just cuz it seems fun. I've been reading the Witch Hat Atelier manga recently, which isn't very action-heavy, but there's still a semblance of a power system waiting to be unveiled. To begin this journey on the correct path, I need some help on determining whether the feat below would be valid to determine AP for the character casting the magic. What's the context? I see two possible feats there. Creating the dragon made of magic could be a feat depending on what it's made of, and smacking the normal dragon down looks like some kind of feat based on size. If the dragon's flattened you could also measure the fragmentation of its bones.
