There are criteria for popularity of verses, and there's also criteria as to which wiki is most suitable for the verse to be added to.
I think it's best if you ask the staff of the different wikis (VSBW, FCOC, JB and AB, as in VS Battles Wiki, Fanfiction Characters/Original Characters, Joke Battles and Alt Battles) about the verse directly.
