As the first part of the Alteration arc has concluded, I have decided to write up a new Key for Hanako.
All additions, including abilities, are visible in this sandbox.
Summary:
This key is Yugi Amane of an alternative timeline where he did not forfeit his own life at the age of 13, instead becoming a science teacher and ultimately dying at the age of 27. However, he is now not a School Mystery nor a simple ghost- He is a soul trapped by "It", forced to kill and sacrifice several innocent people to "It" as food, his own family included. He is first discovered by the new timeline's iterations of Minamoto Kou and Mitsuba Sousuke, and they both meet a tragic end. Soon after, Minamoto Teru, Akane Aoi, Yashiro Nene and Aoi Akane discover their corpses. However, they also meet their end at the hands of Yugi Amane, with the sole exception of Yashiro Nene who successfully escaped.
As he effortlessly killed Minamoto Teru, who is rated Low 2-C, I believe his rating is similarly also Low 2-C, making this a tier 2 CRT.

- Extrasensory Perception (Hanako is able to sense fellow supernaturals' presence, even if they're actively hiding. Similarly, he can sense curses)
