Hi everybody!

It's that time again, and on behalf of all the bureaucrats, I bring you another batch of staff promotions after getting input from most (none) of our current staff members.

In light of future events to come:

Bureaucrat,Translation Helper: @Chat GPT .

Chat GPT-san should've been promoted a long time ago.

This is a well deserved promotion, and I am glad that he will be shouldering increased responsibilities in his new position. Congratulations, and please make him feel welcome below.

Uh... Half serious half joking here but:
What are we gonna do with Gemini, Deepseek, Claude, Copilot (though then again Copilot is basically Microsoft + OpenAI so eh), etc etc? Do they get nominations too? 😂

Well toot... (eh, might as well wait around for AI in general to become omniscient and omnipresent... not sure if we'd end up letting it become virtually omnipotent though, that'd either bring us to new levels of development/advancement and convenience and herald new epochs/eras/eons for the world or doom us all)
 
It's a joke right now, but in the future chatgpt could replace the entire staff team.

I already had an incident where chatgpt managed to calculate a feat better than a calc mod I asked could 😭

And we all know of the users who became staff by using chatgpt for argumentation, translations, and other staff actions.

Really? ChatGPT can do calculations of feats? That could be handy for the Wiki. Calc group members are pretty busy, after all.

That might be somewhat acceptable if they do it in extreme moderation and are open about it, I suppose.

they would still require a human (calc group member although debatable if st*ffies are human) going over it if ChatGPT can indeed reliably do them in the future

Technically any of the VSBW staff could from Thread Mods upwards + HR peeps but yeah AI for now is incapable of pulling that off
(also nice John Wick 3 reference, though we really need to improve loading of media and images for the forum, they still lag or disappear at times welp
I wanna rewatch the fighting scenes and shopping scenes (or just watch the whole series properly cause I mostly only saw Youtube clips from different parts of the series except Chapter 4 which I watched on a plane) lel, Keanu, Donnie, and Adkins are bloody legends at this point in action alongside other peeps like Jai White, Iko Uwais and Tony Jaa, especially considering Donnie's past experience in Ip Man and Star Wars and Adkins in Undisputed)

Oh, there are many things you can do that AI can't, don't worry. I just tested an AI by asking it questions relating to powers and abilities and it was unbelievably neutral on everything. Ask it to evaluate a thread where one side says a character is in the wrong because of severe violent crimes and the other side argues that he's in the right because it would feel good to commit the crimes and at least some AI would probably still try to be neutral.
