He does it via immeasurable speed because he usually just travels through time

If it wasn't immeasurable it would be infinite but we already got infinite speed for wally

Traveling through time doesn't let them access other universes pretty sure. (Although cosmologically speaking it could work)

But ehm it's Barry who says he's racing all over the multiverse but that doesn't mean that he's gonna travel through the entire multiverse, just that he's gonna visit several alternate universes via self-made portals or vibrating to them. (Also we gotta keep in mind that Barry could be referencing the local multiverse of 52 universes here)

Also the infinite speed on Wally's page is only for when he's amped. That said Flash has several infinite, immeasurable and even irrelevant speed feats.
