New P&A: Food Manipulation

Should be pretty straightforward to add an interesting ability that isn't added to this wiki, but anyways it should be based on what is going on onto this blog. This should affect the Organic Manipulation page as this Power and Ability specifically says something about actual Food Manipulation itself.

I do think this isn't really represented on the wiki and it's unique enough within fiction. Alcremie from Pokemon (and a few other mon iirc) being living examples of this utilizing food for weaponry, so I think that Pokemon should probably be in the running for the example we give on the page

This should just be under one of the myriad of other powers that already describe abilities like this and mention it's specifically for Food I.E Creation/Matter Manipulation (Able to create/manipulate any kind of Food or Drink for offensive purposes)
