This might have to settle for a new Key for Meliodas. We don't know the circumstances of his resurrection, so it is likely he came back more powerful than ever.
Also, Derierie's body regressed to a younger state after her fight against the Corporal Angel. She definitely weakened after exerting herself against fodder. Either way, i think it is evident now that she be downgraded to High 7-A. it seems that Meliodas was weakened against Derierie (when she broke his arms) after he expended his energy fighting the other Commandments back-to-back, or he got stronger after being resurrected.
It still doesn't excuse the fact that Meliodas pretty much stomped both of them. Going to wait until the next chapter or until an explanation from Meliodas. Also, it isn't entirely clear if those two were killed or not. If they were, Derierie is getting downgraded since it was done by Monspeit's attack.
The way it is looking, Base Meliodas is going to upgrade to being "Likely Island level" even if Derierie is downgraded. I'm going to the old discussion thread where we debated the tiers of the Ten Commandments.

I don't think he had a major increse in power but the main thing that changed after his death was his personality, during the fight he admited that in the past he wasn't trying to kill him former comreads but now he's not having any of that, if he wants to kill someone he will kil them as shown during this battle. Its been implied through out the series that even with his unsealing he's even more powerful then that the fact that he can take the monicer of the demon king is a form of proof of this and during his conversation with his dad it flat out stated that he's not close to how he was so we had no real idea what he could do.
