Ok, I know I've talked about some of these things before, so It's okay if I have to just close the thread. But here we go:
New Gods' speed: In their true forms, new gods live in "a place beyond time and space, a world without measure as human minds comprehend such things", a place where measures of time and space aren't applicable. Does it mean they have Immeasurable speed?
New Gods' dimensionality: New gods in general use boom tubes (transdimensional "gates") to have access to lower dimensions, that' how they can enter regular universes. However, they can also use this to access higher dimensions, Metron once reached a 6-dimensional space and, according to him, he could even travel through 28 dimensions; which makes sense, since Mobius Chair can travel free through time, space and the know dimensions. Although he's the only one to have access to the Mobius Chair, the type of tech he uses to travel through dimensions is one that every new god has access to: the boom tubes. So... new gods are normally 4-dimensional beings, but they can go up to 28D by using boom tubes.
Darkseid and Orion's new keys: I'm not certain about this one, because it barely lasted 1 issue. But Darkseid and Orion reached the Source and fought inside of it, their fight encompassed all of reality and affected the very concept of "good" and "evil", even a place in the farthest rim of existence was affected; and finally, if Darkseid wasn't stopped, he would have destroyed the Source. So by powerscalling, both Darkseid and Orion were 1-A at that point (Orion >= Darkseid > Source)
