All of them with MHS+ results for characters like Sarada or Sumire, and all genin should scale.

This is not an outlier, as Sarada can react and dodge lightning for minutes

So this is a major upgrade for the low tiers and mid tiers too.
 
I agree with this. There are multiple feats on this level so its definitely not an outlier. The proof that these jutsu are real lightning are also in the calc blogs.
 
First of chakra lighting isn't naturally conductive they are just using a technique that's called chakra flow that allows them to stream chakra to weapons

So chakra lighting has only one trait of real life lighting which isn't enough also narutoverse has a speed statement of natural lighting and was thought unavoidable meaning chakra lighting isn't as fast

Meaning these calcs using Raiton isn't usable
 
Wrong. Killer B was able to drive the Raiton to a pincel, in addition to his swords. Sasuke was able to drive the Raiton to its blade, increasing its vibration and increasing its power of penetration. The Raiton conductive over the water, leads over the earth and has its weakness to Fuuton, which is a natural insulator of electricity, another characteristic of a natural lightning.
It can numb the muscles/paralyze them. It moves like electricity.
It is powerful enough to be considered lightning.
And obviously the chakra needs to flow into something ... Raiton is made / shaped of chakra, which does not mean it is not natural!

Wrong again. The Raiton being slower than a "natural lightning" does not say much, after all, the Kirin is much faster than a normal lightning ...
There is no absolument sense in this last argument.
 
This can probably be applied, yes. However, it might be good to get a confirmation from some staff members listed in the Naruto (The Universe) page first.
 
We will wait for Tata to make some calculations, and make a CRT for things don't get confused. And after, I message BFF to comnent here
 
If that is the case then lightning element in Naruto series is real lightning so we should also consider that as well
 
Konohamaru scales at a much faster rate than was calculated. The feat Alex calculated, all team 7 dodged from the same lightning
 
I'm sure it's 100 percent outlier. It's impossible that they have the same speed as Konohamaru.

We only use MHS first because we do not have a complete and accurate calculation for Gennin's MHS +.

We just wait for the new feats that support MHS + Gennin.

I'll repeat it again: Konohamaru scales at a much higher speed than was calculated by Alex. All team 7 dodged from the same lightning. And your calculation about Araya results in MHS+, in which Sarada manages to keep up

As far as I can remember, the argument used to reject was because it does not have the form of a lightning bolt ...

However, there is no rule or criterion in wikia for the shape of lightning. I think that's it, but I'm neutral.
 
Don't worry dude, I will explain. Debunked means the argument is not valid anymore. The reason your calc was rejected was the shape of the raiton, but it was debunked = Shape argument is invalid.

Shino's speed can scale Jonins as well
 
Our standard praxis for when there are several comflicting calculations for the same feats, is to let the calc group members decide which versions that they think are most reliable.
