Can't we add time manipulation? She created the Gumball Guardians who can stop/reverse time. In the comics she created a time machine which can go forwards and backwards in time. She also created life and has resurrected the dead. She has made guns that shoot lazers and many others. Doctor Who has had abilities added when they're gadgets, why can't PB?
