New Abilities for Discord?

I was wondering if this ability would count as minor Law Manipulation for Discord. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GCBZZb42sLw Discord basically inverts the world so everything is opposite. The way Fluttershy acted, and her shocked face after Discord reverts everything to normal implies that Discord actually did invert things.

I think that it is more likely just regular reality warping.

A lot of his powers can be considered reality warping, just different applications of it.

Nevertheless, Law Manipulation does not seem to fit. He is not manipulating rules set by a higher authority as far as I am aware.
