I vote to Batman FRA since Homelander, unlike Superman, is someone he can handle with his own strength and his experience against Superman allows him to deal with Homelander's tactics. And the robbing scene where Homelander one-shots Batman in King Vader's video is wrong.

It can't, the match is outdated because Homelander now has Low 7-C Durability, meaning Batman's wincon of having a higher AP is completely moot.
