Technology Manipulation is basically the ability to control technologies like constructing robots telekinetically, or controlling cars and tanks telekinetically, ect. Is there a scan for the proposal in the OP?

To me, that looks like electricity manipulation. It's mentioned that she moves the castle, but not mentioned how she moves the castle. Whether it's telekinesis, electricity powering the engine, or bending the metal. I'm unsure, but leaning towards that just being electricity manipulation till there's more context.
