I think it's better for the Netflix series to, eventually, have it's own page. It's completely disconnected from the original Castlevania multiverse and Adi Shankar is making it into it's own multiverse type thing.

I'm pretty sure you don't need a CRT to ask for a calc to be submitted. You just need calc members to check the calc and see if it's legitimate or not.
