Can a character who can interact with a type 1 Nep interact with a type 3, and vice versa?

Nep Type 1/3 Questions

Why? At least for interacting with type 3's shouldn't it grant type 1 interaction, because Interacting with Type 3 would be interacting with both 1 and 0 at the same time, when a NEP type 1 would just be 0

No it doesnt grant Nep Type 1. Type 1 characters simply do not exist while Type 3 still exist but behave as if they dont when attacked.

In the explanations, in binary terms, Existence would be a 1, and Non existence is a 0, to interact with a Type 1 you need to interact with a 0, For type 3's you need to interact with a 0 and 1 simultaneously, Interacting with a type 3 means you can interact with a 0, however what i wanted clarified is if being able to interact with a 0 and 1 seperately could mean interacting with someone who is both 0 and 1 at the same time

No something cannot be 0 and 1 at the same time. If you can interact with 0 and 1 separately it means that you can interact with things that exist and things that dont but you cant interact with things that are both existent and nonexistent at the same time.

Thats what Type 3 is, it's paradoxical in nature
So Type 3 Interaction should give Type 1 Interaction

It doesnt mean they can interact with something that is both existent and nonexistent at the same time. They still exist but behave as if they dont when attacked. They can interact with other Type 3 but cant with Type 1 because they simply do not exist.

Why cant someone who can interact with Type 3, not interact with Type 1? Type 3's exist and don't exist at the same time, while Type 1's are only in the state of non existence

They simply do not exist in any sense. Type 3 still exist but also behave as if they dont when attacked can be the other way around too. They are not 1 and 0 at the same time but part.

Wouldnt they still be able to touch non existence, also type 3's are both part 0 and 1 at the same time

Yeah part not fully as thats impossible.
