Nevermind, didnt read the description. Anyways, NEOs profile seems to have been changed, because i think it was 2-C before. Regardless, until someone fixes that, ill have to go with NEO because hes High 2-A now, on par with TE.

Made this before his upgrade, High Multiversal versions of both NEO and Enerjak are being used.

I believe NEO has this because of better hax on top of that NEO having on par if not better stats in some cases and yes Enerjak is a beast but the thing is NEO has stuff liek Causality Manipulation and Void Manipulation stuff Enerjak can't even counter and the funny thing is we haven't even seen NEO's full power while Enerjak's absolute limit (According to this wikia) is High-Multiverse Level+ so the point im trying to make is NEO is potentially stronger (According to this wikia) so yeah this is my opinion on the matter

Well, the best things on Enerjak's profile are Reality Warping, Space-Time Manipulation and Matter Manipulation, but NEO can counter Reality Warping and Space-Time Manipulation with hi own Reality Warping and Space-Time Manipulation, and Matter Manipulation stops being hax at Tier 2, so, I don't think there's anything Enerjak can really do to finish NEO off for good, so, I think NEO would win, but I don't think it would be that easy.
