Why do y'all like to equalize speed? But meh. I don't know about Neo winning. Jr has a timestop ability, can shrink Neo, thus reducing his speed and power quite a bit, his goop that could immobilize Neo by pulling him underneath it, and the headlights of his Clown Car, which can flash people into stone.

He definitely has the hax advantage imo. And their APS are equal and now speed I equal (though Jr naturally has better reactions and speed due to fighting on par with Mario in Galaxy, so he'd definitely win should speed not be equalized).

I assume he's referring to the Clown Car that the Koopalings use in NSMB2. That shouldn't apply however, since Bowser Jr rides a distinctly different Clown Car which is never shown to have that capability.
